PikoBuy Spreadsheet: A Complete Guide to Finding, Checking and Shipping Products+

01. How to Use a PikoBuy Spreadsheet Without Treating It as a Shortcut

The first time you open a large product spreadsheet, it is tempting to treat the rows as recommendations. A neat title, a low price and a familiar product photograph can make a link feel pre-approved. That is the wrong mental model. A spreadsheet is better understood as a research queue: it helps you find possible source pages and organize comparisons, but it cannot confirm today’s stock, the exact variant a seller will send, or the final cost of getting a parcel to your address.

That distinction matters because the PikoBuy buying process has several stages after discovery. PikoBuy’s published beginner guide says a shopper can start with products from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or Yupoo, then paste a link or keywords into PikoBuy, choose options, pay for the product order, wait for warehouse inspection, select an international route and finally wait for the parcel. A spreadsheet only helps with the first part of that journey. The later stages add information that a row cannot know in advance.

Do not start by opening twenty random links. Decide what you are actually trying to compare: lightweight T-shirts, winter jackets, sneakers, bags or another defined group. Category-first research makes weak rows easier to spot because the same questions apply to each item. A shoe comparison needs size-system and insole information. A jacket comparison needs garment measurements, hardware, lining and weight context. A watch or electronic item raises different shipping and after-sales questions.

Write one sentence that explains the purchase before you search. For example: “I need a mid-weight jacket with a chest measurement close to one I already own, and I am willing to pay more for clear warehouse photos.” That sentence becomes a filter. It prevents a low headline price or a fashionable product name from changing the goal halfway through the process.

02. PikoBuy QC, Shipping and Returns: The Decisions That Happen After You Find a Product

Product discovery gets most of the attention because it is visual and fast. The harder decisions arrive later: whether warehouse photographs show what you expected, whether size and colour are correct, how packaging affects the parcel, which route fits the destination, and whether a problem can still be returned. Those decisions are connected. Weak QC review can become an expensive international shipment; a shipping estimate made too early can make a low-priced item look cheaper than it is; a delayed review can run into a return deadline.

This guide keeps published facts separate from practical interpretation. Official PikoBuy pages are the source for its workflow, estimator inputs, return timing and policy limits. The checklist language here is independent guidance, not a guarantee from PikoBuy or a substitute for the current order page.

PikoBuy’s beginner guide describes warehouse inspection as the fourth step after product selection, search and first payment. When the product arrives, the guide says staff inspect it, check it in, take photographs and look for defects. Its transportation policy says goods transferred to the warehouse must be unpacked for inspection, and that users should check the provided inspection photographs or purchase additional detailed photographs when needed.

The same policy sets a boundary that careful buyers should not overlook: special and professional products cannot receive professional inspection. A warehouse photograph is therefore best used for observable questions. It can help confirm colour, visible construction, labels, measurements, major accessories and obvious damage. It cannot establish long-term performance, internal electronics, chemical composition, professional grading or other facts that require specialist testing.

03. PikoBuy Total Cost Explained: What You Pay Before International Delivery

A low product price can be useful for comparing finds, but it is not the PikoBuy total cost. The amount needed to receive an item abroad is assembled over several decisions: the product order, any seller-side delivery inside China, warehouse inspection, optional photographs or packaging, the packed parcel, international transport and possible destination charges. Some parts are visible before purchase; others become clearer only after the item reaches the warehouse.

That timing is important. A spreadsheet row can show a current source price and help identify a product, yet it cannot know the final packed weight, route availability for your country, customs treatment or the amount your payment provider will convert. The useful question is not, “What does this row cost?” It is, “Which costs can I verify now, which appear after warehousing, and which remain outside PikoBuy's control?”

PikoBuy's current beginner guide separates the process clearly. In step three, the shopper selects the colour, size and quantity, submits the purchasing order and completes the first payment. After the product reaches the warehouse, PikoBuy says it checks the item in, takes confirmation photographs and looks for visible defects. In step five, the shopper chooses a logistics route, submits the parcel and pays the international shipping fee.

This is why a single checkout-style total shown at the discovery stage would be misleading. The first payment moves the product from the seller toward the warehouse. The later payment moves an accepted, packed parcel from the warehouse toward the destination. The second amount depends on information that may not exist at the first payment, including the parcel's measured weight, dimensions, product classification and the routes available for the destination.

04. PikoBuy Warehouse Consolidation: A Practical Packing Decision Guide

PikoBuy warehouse consolidation means turning items that reached the China warehouse from different sellers into one international parcel. PikoBuy's contact page says those items can be combined into one package, while its beginner guide places warehouse inspection before parcel submission and the international-shipping payment. That sequence gives the buyer a useful pause: check what actually arrived, decide what should travel together, choose an appropriate packing request and only then compare the routes available for the finished plan.

The important word is can. Combining orders removes the need to dispatch every purchase as a separate international parcel, but the official pages do not promise that every combination will be cheaper. A consolidated parcel has its own product mix, packed weight, external dimensions and route eligibility. One bulky box, fragile item or restricted product can change the available choices. Treat consolidation as a planning tool, not as a discount that exists before the warehouse has useful evidence.

Start with a simple inventory of the orders intended for the same shipment. For each item, record the seller, ordered colour and size, quantity, warehouse status, arrival date, visible condition and any unresolved question. Do not use the seller's dispatch notice as proof that the warehouse received the correct product. PikoBuy's guide says the warehouse stage includes check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check; those are the records that should move an item from expected to received.

This list also prevents an early arrival from pulling the whole parcel forward. Mark each item keep, question or return. Keep means the warehouse evidence reasonably matches the order. Question means a specific photograph, measurement or support answer is still needed. Return means an after-sales request is being considered. Only keep items belong in a packing plan. Combining an unresolved product with accepted goods makes the later decision harder without creating better evidence.

05. PikoBuy Tracking Status: What Updates, Delays and Delivery Events Mean

A PikoBuy tracking status is useful only when it is tied to the correct stage of the order. Paying international shipping and submitting a parcel authorise the shipment, but they are not the same event as the parcel being handed into the international logistics chain. PikoBuy's beginner guide places route selection, parcel submission and payment before dispatch. Its next step says tracking information will be available within three days after the parcel is shipped.

That published three-day window is the first practical reference point. Count from the shipment or dispatch event shown in the live order, not from the day the products reached the warehouse and not from the first product payment. If an order still says it is being packed, submitted or arranged, a blank tracking result should not be described as a carrier delay. The action at that stage is to confirm whether dispatch has actually occurred.

Create a small shipment record containing the PikoBuy parcel number, carrier tracking number, selected route, destination, dispatch timestamp and the latest visible event. Take a screenshot or copy the exact wording with its date and time. Similar phrases can represent different stages on different carrier systems, so the live PikoBuy order and the carrier page attached to that order should take priority over a generic status glossary.

The public pages reviewed for this guide do not provide a complete official dictionary for every possible tracking label. This article therefore groups events by decision, not by pretending one phrase always has one meaning. Separate three facts: what the order page says, what the carrier page says and what you infer from them. If the two official records disagree, preserve both and ask support which record currently controls the shipment.

06. PikoBuy Shipping to the US: How to Build a Real Estimate

A useful PikoBuy shipping estimate starts with the parcel you will actually send, not a price copied from a comment or an old screenshot. PikoBuy’s public shipping calculator asks for the destination country or region, product type, weight, length, width and height. That is a clear signal that a single universal price per kilogram is not enough. The final choice also depends on which routes are available when the parcel is submitted.

This guide explains a simple US-focused planning method. It does not promise a delivery date, customs result or final charge. PikoBuy states that international parcels are carried by third-party logistics providers and that cross-border risks can include customs action, damage, loss and peak-season delay. The sensible goal is therefore to create a working budget, verify the live quote and leave room for change.

PikoBuy’s beginner guide describes a purchase stage and a later international shipping stage. At the purchase stage, the shopper selects the specification, colour, size and quantity, submits the order and makes the first payment. After the item reaches the warehouse, the user chooses a shipping route, submits a parcel and pays the international shipping fee. Treating these as separate costs prevents a common budgeting error: assuming the displayed item price includes delivery to the United States.

Your first worksheet should therefore have separate lines for the item amount, seller-to-warehouse delivery if applicable, return or service costs if a problem occurs, optional photo or packaging requests, and international parcel shipping. Do not merge these into a confident total before the warehouse has measured the parcel. The product page price can also change, and PikoBuy’s guide says prices are subject to the actual purchase and out-of-stock orders are refunded.

07. PikoBuy Shipping to Europe: VAT, Routes and Parcel Checks

Europe is not one shipping destination. A parcel going to France, Germany, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands or Sweden can face different route availability, local handling and tax treatment. PikoBuy’s calculator therefore starts by asking for the destination country or region. It also asks for product type, weight and parcel dimensions. A useful European estimate must use those current inputs rather than a price copied from another country.

This article gives a practical way to prepare a European parcel. It does not claim that one route is tax-free, customs-free or guaranteed. PikoBuy’s shipping terms state that third-party logistics providers carry parcels and that customs policies and uncontrollable cross-border events can create loss, damage, confiscation or delay. The right approach is accurate parcel data, a live route comparison and careful records.

Do not select a neighbouring country because its example quote looks cheaper. Enter the country where the parcel will actually be delivered. Route availability, last-mile partners and pricing can differ even inside the European Union. If you are comparing two legitimate delivery addresses, calculate them separately using the same parcel details and record the date of each quote.

The destination also affects what tax and customs questions need attention. EU member states share important VAT rules, but final handling can still depend on the parcel, carrier and local authority. Non-EU European destinations have their own systems. Avoid broad claims such as ‘Europe has no customs’ or ‘this line includes every tax’ unless the live route terms for your exact shipment clearly state what is included.

08. PikoBuy QC Photos: A Category-by-Category Checklist

PikoBuy’s public workflow says items are checked in at the China warehouse, photographed for confirmation and checked for visible defects before international shipping. Its forwarding terms add that users should review inspection photos and may purchase additional detailed photos. That makes QC images a decision tool, but not a guarantee of authenticity, exact material, perfect fit or long-term durability.

A good QC review starts with the order record and asks visible, specific questions. The same photo set cannot answer every product type. Shoes need shape and outsole views; clothing needs measurements and construction details; bags need hardware and interior views. This guide keeps the process simple and shows when an additional image is worth requesting.

First match the warehouse item to what was ordered. Compare product title or ID, selected colour, size, model, quantity and any obvious option. A sharp photo of the wrong variant is still a failed order. Keep the seller images and order selection beside the warehouse images so you are comparing the same claim. Do not rely on memory, especially when several similar products arrive together.

Next look for visible damage, contamination, missing pieces and major construction errors. QC photos can reveal stains, holes, broken hardware, crushed packaging or an obviously wrong colour. They cannot reliably prove fibre content, electronics battery health, waterproofing, comfort or durability unless a specific test is provided. Separate what is visible from what you merely hope is true.

10. PikoBuy Spreadsheet Categories: How to Compare Finds Before You Order

A PikoBuy spreadsheet becomes useful when it narrows a long list of product links into a shortlist that can be checked properly. Categories are the practical way to do that. A shoe, hoodie, bag and watch need different evidence, so comparing them in one endless feed makes weak records harder to spot. Start with the item type you actually intend to research, then compare like with like before opening a live listing.

This guide does not label sellers as verified or promise that a spreadsheet record is available, authentic or suitable for purchase. It explains how to use the visible information in a category row—source link, selected option, images, measurements, price context and likely parcel impact—to decide whether that record deserves another check on the current source page.

Use a specific need rather than a broad label. ‘Everyday black running shoe in a known size’ is a better starting point than ‘best shoes’. ‘A hoodie with centimetre measurements’ is more useful than ‘streetwear finds’. A narrow question gives you criteria for keeping or skipping a row.

Write the category, intended use, preferred size or dimensions and a budget reference before browsing. That note prevents popular thumbnails from becoming unplanned purchases. It also helps you compare only the features that would change your decision.

From a find to the original listing

W2C means “where to cop”: the marketplace link that leads to the item you want to research or buy.

1. Start with a product

Search the spreadsheet by name, category or item ID. Open a product and compare its listing photo, price and source information before you continue.

2. Check the original item

A source record may change or disappear. Confirm the selected colour, size, seller details and domestic shipping on the current listing. A screenshot alone cannot confirm availability.

3. Open it in Pikobuy

Use the Buy on Pikobuy link where a Weidian item ID is present. Pikobuy shows the current options and checkout price. Other sources must be checked separately.

4. Keep useful notes

Record your chosen variant, size chart and questions for warehouse inspection. A useful W2C is an identifiable source link, not a guarantee of quality or authenticity.

Recognize the destination before opening

A useful W2C record identifies a marketplace, seller and item, not just a screenshot. Check that the destination and product name match, and compare the listing options with your intended colour and size. A copied link can be stale or lead to an accessory instead of the pictured item.

When a link changes or is unavailable

Search using a specific name, visible product details or the source ID. Compare the result against multiple photographs and the option list. If you cannot establish a reliable match, leave the item out of your shortlist instead of substituting a similar result as though it were confirmed.

Separate the source item ID from a catalog ID

A FindSpreadsheet record ID identifies its record. The marketplace item ID identifies the underlying listing; they are not interchangeable. A valid Weidian item ID identifies the original listing when present in the export. For other marketplaces, use their full original listing URL and check the destination carefully.

Read your QC photos with a plan

Warehouse photographs help you compare an item with your order before arranging international shipping.

Match the order

Check the item, colour, size label and quantity against the option you selected. Examine both sides and the overall shape, then compare the details with the listing.

Look closer

For clothing, inspect seams, print, embroidery, fasteners and measurements. For shoes, compare the pair, sole pattern, toe shape and insole length. Ask the agent for further photos when an important detail is unclear.

Decide before shipping

Raise any discrepancy with Pikobuy while the item is still in the warehouse. Return eligibility, deadlines and seller conditions vary; check current terms on the official platform.

What photos cannot prove

A photo cannot establish authenticity, long-term durability or the performance of electronics. This review export does not include a QC photo feed, so product listing images are not labelled as QC.

Create an inspection checklist before the item arrives

Write the chosen colour, size and quantity beside two or three category-specific questions. For a hoodie ask for chest and length measurements if fit matters; for a bag ask for the inside, closure and dimensions. A focused request is easier to review than a general question about quality.

Ask for a closer image when needed

If an important detail is obscured, request a clear photograph or measurement before deciding to ship. Review the current charge for any additional service and check whether the image answers the question. Pikobuy’s shipping terms note limitations for professional inspection of specialist products.

Save your evidence and contact support

Keep the selected listing option, warehouse status and relevant image together. Explain the discrepancy specifically, such as the ordered colour versus the visible item, and ask what options and fees apply. The official returns page describes a five-day request window for qualifying items, but eligibility and seller consent still matter.

Plan the whole cost, not just the item

A parcel usually involves the item and domestic shipping first, then international shipping after warehouse inspection and packing.

Estimate before ordering

Start with your destination, product type, estimated weight and dimensions. Use the official Pikobuy shipping estimator as a reference; final packed weight and route rules can change the quote.

Consolidate thoughtfully

After items arrive and you approve QC, choose which products to combine. Packaging can affect actual and volumetric weight. Fragile items, batteries and restricted goods may require a different route.

Compare routes

Look at the final price, estimated delivery window, tracking, insurance terms and restrictions for your destination. A cheaper route is not automatically the best choice for every parcel.

After dispatch

Keep the tracking number and allow time for scans to appear. Customs, duties and local taxes depend on the destination and shipment; check current official guidance rather than relying on a fixed promise.

Compare actual and volumetric weight

Actual weight measures the parcel on a scale. A route may also consider parcel dimensions when calculating chargeable weight. Do not assume every line uses the same formula: enter the packed measurements in the estimator and read the terms of the route displayed for your destination.

Check the product type and route restrictions

Shoes, clothing, electronics, liquids and batteries may not qualify for the same services. Select the appropriate product type in the official estimator and review each route’s restrictions, tracking and protection terms before submitting the parcel.

Budget for destination-side costs

International freight is only one part of the delivered cost. Taxes, duties, clearance or carrier handling charges may depend on the destination and shipment. Consult current official rules for the destination and do not treat a spreadsheet estimate as a customs guarantee.
